We promise our products will be as impressive in person as you see them online- more times than not, they are even more! We'll be happy to return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase if you are not happy with them. Shipping charges are non-refundable. See below for details.

For customers outside the contiguous 48 states (US) or those with an APO/FPO address: You may call or email us for quotes on shipping prior to ordering, if you would like. This policy is to avoid any shipping availability issues in your area as well as to accurately quote shipping charges. If you prefer to order online prior to requesting a shipping quote, we will adjust your shipping total once the order is placed and/or shipped.

Free Shipping does not apply to orders outside the contiguous 48 states (US) or APO/FPO destinations. The consumer will be responsible for any customs charges, duties or other expenses that are incurred in these situations.

Cancellations
Most bedding and related accessories are special order from the manufacturer. Because of this the purchasing credit card must be charged at the time the order is placed.

1. No cancellations are accepted for any products from the following manufacturers: Maddie Boo, Bebe Chic, Little Bunny Blue, House Inc., Alli Taylor, Little Castle, Serena & Lily gliders, Doodlefish, and Renditions by Reesa. These manufacturers do not accept cancellations or returns and consequently all sales on their products are final. Also, all sales are final on discontinued and closeout items, regardless of which manufacturer and their normal order cancellation policies.

2. Artwork, fabric, and personalized items, regardless of the manufacturer, can not be canceled once the order is placed. Also see #1 above for a list of manufacturers whose items also can't be canceled.

3. For tracking purposes you must e-mail us your request to cancel an order.

NOTE: In order for cancellations to apply, if they are eligible for cancellation based on the above criteria, the order must be canceled prior to the items shipping from the manufacturer.

We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resealable condition and that have received a RAN (return authorization number). Any item(s) returned dirty, washed, or used and/or with torn/missing packaging will not be refunded. You will have 14 days upon receipt of the RAN to send it back (we must receive it by the 14 day mark). We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) once the return has been received back.

Shipping costs are not refundable; if you received a promotion for free shipping, returns will still incur the actual shipping costs we incurred to originally ship it to you and will be deducted from the total on your return. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items, regardless of which manufacturer and their normal order return policies. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Distinctive Nurseries must issue you a return authorization number prior to sending the items back or they will treated as an unauthorized return.

Important: We can not return or exchange any merchandise purchased from the following manufacturers. Maddie Boo, Bebe Chic, Little Bunny Blue, House Inc., Alli Taylor, Serena & Lily gliders, Little Castle, Doodlefish and Renditions by Reesa. Also, all artwork, fabric, rugs, and personalized items can not be returned (regardless of manufacturer).

• Distinctive Nurseries is not responsible for differences in colors shown online or in print. Every attempt is made to display photos that are true to the actual colors.
• Discrepancies in receiving (missing or damaged items) must be reported within 10 day of receipt of your package.
  
• Distinctive Nurseries and its product manufacturers cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their control. This includes issues such as product demand and fabric availability.
• All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from shipment. Exchanges only. No refunds are made.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Refused Shipment and Unauthorized Returns
If a package is refused for delivery or a return is made that has not been previously authorized, the customer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee plus actual shipping charges both for the original delivery and for it's return that are incurred by Distinctive Nurseries as well as any other related costs. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return back to you.
